Have you heard about the language of image? Do you speak it? Do you understand it? Do you use it?

Surely you already do, at least to some extent. But the real question is: are you aware of its power? And, do you know how to use it consciously in your favor?

Image is a universal language, a means of non-verbal communication and a very powerful tool in our hands if we know how to “operate” it. We tend to say that what really counts is just our inner qualities, personality traits, knowledge, etc. And certainly these are all very important.

But what do you think we all look at first during a job interview, on a first date, when meeting a new colleague, our in-laws, etc? Based on what do we draw our first conclusions? Purely based on look, on image! Our appearance already speaks for us before we even say a word, and so it creates the first impression in others, both in our personal and professional life.

Then the next question is: does your image reflect who you are as an individual? This is vital because personality is communicated through our image and can be easily judged by our appearance, and because we all want to send out the right message about who we are. If we feel that what we wear is like us and that we manage to project what we want, we feel comfortable about ourselves. All these lead us to have more self-confidence, which will help us to achieve anything much easier in life because others will only believe in us if we believe in ourselves.
